Ninja Girl & Samurai Master 2nd Season – Preview

Ninja Girl & Samurai Master 2nd Season:

Original Air Dates: April 7th, 2017 – ???

When someone won’t shut up about their new fitness routine.

Synopsis: Chidori and Nobunaga return, continuing their quest to reunite Japan, meeting throngs of quirky characters along the way, and raising eyebrows with their own unique character traits wherever Chidori must infiltrate next.

1st Episode Review (Warning: Some Spoilers to Follow):

Tom: Ninja Girl & Samurai Master is back and everything seems exactly as it was from Season 1. The art is the same, the characters you love are back and even Chidori gets a bit more screen time again.

I mean, that does look like a sweet place to crash at for a few days.

Linny: The refocus on Chidori should please fans who were starting to miss her presence, as Season 1’s cast ballooned to the point where she was appearing less and less. Jokes in this first episode revolve around her again, making her feel like she’s back in the spotlight.

Tom: Ninja Girl’s tone hasn’t changed, the comedy is the same pun driven, fast hitting gags of the past few months, so everything here really just feels like a continuation of Season 1 but with a fresh coat of paint.

Chidori; Current Samurai, future magician.

Linny: What’s there to really say? If you liked season 1, season 2 seems to be playing out pretty much the same. Season 2 of Ninja Girl and Samurai Master continues to bring the laughs it has been delivering all of last season and fans who’d been feeling the absence of Chidori towards the end of Season 1 will be pleased to know the status quo has reset back to the usual.

Tom: As Linny said, it’s more of Ninja Girl and if that was your cup of tea, and you hadn’t grown sick of it, there’s more of it right away. Here’s hoping Chidori remains the focus of this second season and doesn’t disappear quite as much as did in the final episodes of season 1.

“Recommended: Ninja Girl & Samurai Master Season 2 picks up right where the first season left off but thankfully refocuses on its ever adorable main character, Chidori.”

“Recommended: Season 2 continues to bring the same level and quality of humour and content from Season 1.”
